Commercial Roofing Built for Florida Business
Full Commercial Range
Fully Managed Crews on Every Commercial Job
Commercial roofing requires a different level of coordination than residential work — larger crews, tighter scheduling windows, active occupancy considerations, and more complex permitting. Every Caliber crew runs with its own internal project management — keeping commercial jobs coordinated, on schedule, and fully accountable without layers of outside oversight.
We work with property owners, property managers, general contractors, and developers across Central Florida. Our flat roof and metal panel expertise covers office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, multi-family developments, and mixed-use properties.
Every commercial installation includes a detailed scope of work, material specifications, permit documentation, and full warranty package at completion.
- TPO flat roofing — commercial grade

Roof Coating Systems
A properly applied roof coating can add 10–20 years of life to an existing commercial roof — without the cost and disruption of a full tear-off. Caliber installs silicone, acrylic, and polyurethane coating systems over TPO, modified bitumen, and metal panel roofs across Central Florida.
How It Works
Seamless Protection Over Your Existing Roof
Roof coatings are fluid-applied systems that cure into a seamless, waterproof membrane directly over your existing roof surface. No tear-off, no landfill costs, and no disruption to building operations. The result is a fully adhered, monolithic barrier that eliminates seams — the most common source of commercial roof leaks.
In Florida's climate, white reflective coatings also deliver meaningful energy savings. A properly coated commercial roof can reduce rooftop temperatures by 50–80°F, lowering cooling loads and extending the life of your HVAC equipment.
- No tear-off — applied over existing roof
- Seamless waterproof membrane — no seams to fail
- Reflective — reduces cooling costs in Florida heat
- 10–20 year extended service life
- Available over TPO, modified bitumen, metal, and built-up roofs
- Significantly lower cost than full replacement
- Minimal disruption to building operations

Coating Types
The gold standard for Florida flat roofs. Silicone is fully waterproof, UV-stable, and performs in standing water without degrading. Excellent ponding water resistance — no cracking or chalking over time.
Water-based, highly reflective, and cost-effective for roofs with good drainage. Excellent for metal and modified bitumen substrates. Energy Star rated options available. Best in low-ponding environments.
Exceptional impact resistance and durability for high-traffic rooftops with heavy equipment or foot traffic. Two-component systems provide a hard, tough membrane layer over silicone or acrylic base coats.
Full roof restoration combines repairs — fixing seams, penetrations, and damage — with a fresh coating system. Extends service life without replacement, often qualifying for a new manufacturer warranty on the restored system.
Most commercial roofs between 5 and 20 years old with no major structural deck damage are strong candidates. Caliber performs a free roof assessment to evaluate substrate condition, moisture content, drainage, and adhesion capability before recommending a coating system. If the deck has failed, we'll tell you — coatings aren't the right answer for every situation, and we won't sell you one that won't perform.
All commercial installations are backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty. Commercial TPO manufacturer warranties range from 10–20 years. Full documentation package provided at project completion.
