We're looking for a motivated, personable sales professional to join our team as a Roofing Sales Associate. This is a field-based role for someone who takes ownership of their territory and builds genuine relationships with homeowners. You'll represent a company with a strong product, a real license, and a track record of delivering — which means your conversations start from a position of credibility, not just a pitch.

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and identify homes with visible roof wear, storm damage, or age-related concerns
• Conduct free roof inspections and educate homeowners on their options with transparent, honest assessments
• Build and manage a customer pipeline from first contact through signed contract and project completion
• Coordinate with our production team on project scheduling and homeowner communication
• Document inspections, customer information, and follow-up activity
• Support insurance claim customers through the documentation and adjuster coordination process

• Personable and self-motivated — you can knock a door cold and leave the homeowner glad you did
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required — roofing, construction, or home services preferred
• Comfortable climbing and walking roofs to conduct inspections
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple customers at different stages simultaneously
